A hands-on technology leader and serial entrepreneur with 19+ years across engineering and logistics. Co-founded Tsepak Technologies and led it as CTO for nearly 11 years, then scaled engineering at LoadShare Networks as Senior Director. He has built products from the first line of code and grown them into systems that carry real logistics volume — and still spends his days close to the architecture.
